Lightweight and easy to control, this Makita finishing sander is designed for detailed surface preparation, edge work, and sanding in tighter areas.
Powered by Makita’s 18V LXT battery platform, this cordless power tool allows you to work freely around the garage, workshop, or jobsite without the restrictions of cables. The electronic 2-speed control lets you adjust the sanding performance depending on the material and finish required. Lower speeds are ideal for finer finishing work, while the higher setting helps remove material more quickly when preparing surfaces.
Delivering up to 14,000 orbits per minute and 28,000 strokes per minute, the sander produces a smooth and consistent finish across timber, painted surfaces, and fillers. The sanding pad provides good coverage for flat surfaces, while the triangular pad design allows you to reach into corners, edges, and detailed areas where larger sanders struggle.
Changing sanding sheets is quick and straightforward thanks to the large clamping lever, which makes installing or replacing paper fast and secure. The hook and loop attachment system also allows compatible sanding sheets to be swapped quickly, helping you move between different grit levels with minimal interruption.
Comfort is important during longer sanding tasks, and the ergonomic handle design provides a secure grip and improved control when guiding the tool across the surface. The included dust bag helps collect sanding dust while you work, and the tool can also be connected to a vacuum system to help keep your workspace cleaner.

If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
