DELIVERY

We’re pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK when you spend £75 or more online.

STANDARD DELIVERY – 2 TO 5 WORKING DAYS

Our standard delivery is free if you spend over £75 online. If you spend under £75 then your standard delivery charge will either be £2.75, £4.50 or sometimes £9.95 depending on the size and weight of your order. There are some large and heavy products which require a delivery charge. If this is the case you’ll see this in the checkout before you pay.



Some of our products will be shipped directly from suppliers and so might have slightly different timescales. If this is the case then it will clearly be indicated in the product information for your awareness. If you have any questions about this please don’t hesitate to contact us.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

If your order qualifies for the option of next day delivery you will be shown both a standard delivery option and a next day delivery option in the checkout. The charge for next day delivery will £4.99. If your order is placed before 4pm Monday-Friday it will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following day e.g. Orders placed on Friday at 5pm will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.



Although we would like to offer this service on all occasions, there are unfortunately some restrictions to next day delivery. If this is the case, you’ll only be shown standard delivery options in the checkout before you pay. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

 

RETURNS

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns for the festive season. A gift bought between Monday 1st November 2021 and Thursday 24th December 2021 can be returned or exchanged within 28 days or until Monday 10th January 2022, whichever is longer. The item must be in original condition including all packaging, tags and accessories. After Friday 24th December our normal returns policy will resume. Gift products exclude trees, wreaths, lights, decorations or any other Christmas items for which our normal refund policy applies throughout this period.

RETURNING A PRODUCT YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND ABOUT

We hope that you’ll be happy with what you buy, however if you change your mind then you can return unwanted items 14 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact.

We chose to keep the price of our products as low as possible and as such this unfortunately doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Please make sure that you sufficiently package up your return to prevent any damage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We would recommend that you use a postal service with proof of postage and insurance. We are able to arrange for a collection if that is easier for you – please contact us if required.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of reaching our warehouse using the same method that you paid with.

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT

All our products are carefully checked before being sent out but unfortunately sometimes they might develop a fault.

In the first instance please contact us as there might be something we can do to help. If there isn’t anything we can do and it is within 30 days of purchase, we’ll exchange or refund it. You will need your proof of purchase, such as receipt or delivery note.

After 30 days, if a manufacturing fault is found then we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED

All products leave us in perfect condition however in the unfortunate situation where a product has arrived damaged then please notify us within 24 hours.

STORE PURCHASES RETURNED TO STORE

If you have changed your mind about a product you bought in store then you are able to return it to one of our stores for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact, and that you have your receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASES RETURNED TO STORE

You may return an online order to one of our stores within 14 days of receipt providing it falls within the above criteria. The store will return your item to our warehouse and your return will be processed within 7 – 10 days.
