Control your spa with ease using the MSpa app – adjust the temperature, bubble settings and timers straight from your phone so it’s ready when you are. The integrated digital control box makes on-the-spot adjustments simple, while the variable speed bubbles let you customise the massage to suit your mood – whether you’re after a gentle fizz or a more invigorating soak.
Designed for energy-conscious homes, the advanced heat tech system warms water quickly and evenly up to a comfortable 40°C. An energy-saving timer helps you reduce running costs by setting heating cycles that work around your schedule. And thanks to the built-in anti-icing system, you can enjoy your hot tub all year round, even in frosty conditions.
It also comes with safety in mind. A child safety lock prevents accidental changes, giving you peace of mind when little ones are nearby.
Keeping the water clean is just as effortless. The smart filtration system automatically circulates water at intervals to keep it fresh. A built-in UVC sanitiser uses UV light to help neutralise bacteria and viruses without needing extra chemicals. The antibacterial inner fabric adds another layer of protection, helping to prevent build-up and keep the spa cleaner for longer.
Included with the Tuscany Hot Tub is everything you need to get started – from the control box and spa cover to filters, a chemical dispenser and a foam mat for heat preservation.
It comfortably fits six adults and features 138 air jets, delivering a powerful, full-body massage. The water heats at 1.2–1.8°C per hour and holds up to 1100 litres when filled to the max line. The filter pump circulates 1800 litres of water per hour, keeping things running smoothly.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery when you spend over £75. If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Some larger or heavier items may still have a delivery charge even if you spend over £75 - don’t worry, we’ll let you know at checkout before you pay.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
-On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will call you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
-With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will give you a call with all of the details when you order.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 14 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is:
-Unused and in its original packaging.
-Includes any tags and labels.
-Sent back with proof of purchase (your invoice or just a note with your order details on it).
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, but we’ll make the process as easy as possible. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the simple steps. You can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll pop your refund through within 14 days, back to your original payment method.
