    If you want extra living space without changing your whole setup, the Vango Arden Tailgate Touring Awning is a straightforward way to extend your motorhome or campervan. Ideal for touring holidays and weekend camping trips, it creates a sheltered area for cooking, relaxing or storing kit while keeping you connected to your vehicle.

    Designed to fit vehicles with an attaching height of 180–210cm, it’s compatible with almost any motorhome thanks to multiple attachment options. It comes with a pre-attached 6mm kador, 8m over-vehicle straps, roof bar attachment tabs and a sleeve for a pole and clamp kit system, giving you flexibility depending on your van setup. Once pitched, it offers a generous living area within a total footprint of 260cm x 285cm, with a connection rail width of 120cm–190cm.

    Made from Vango’s Sentinel Active 75D fabric with a 3,000mm hydrostatic head, this awning is fully rain and wind tested to handle typical UK conditions. The linked-in groundsheet helps keep draughts and bugs at bay, while bright guylines improve visibility and stability in breezier weather. Diamond-clear windows bring in plenty of natural light, and the front door includes a mesh fly screen for ventilation on warmer days, plus toggle privacy curtains when you want to close up for the evening.

    Supported by Vango PowerFlex® fibreglass poles, it pitches in up to 30 minutes and packs down to a manageable size, weighing 7.9kg. Supplied with steel pegs and a carry bag, it’s easy to transport and store between trips.

    We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.

    If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.

    Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:

    On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.

    With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.

    Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.

    Returns

    We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.

    Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.

    We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.

    Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
