Its distinctive V-shaped design isn’t just for looks. It allows you to grow shallow-rooted crops like salad leaves and herbs alongside deeper-rooting vegetables such as carrots and parsnips, all in one planter. The raised working height is kinder on your back and knees, while also making it suitable for wheelchair access – ideal if you want a garden planter that’s genuinely easy to use day to day.
Made from durable FSC® 100% certified wood, this wooden planter is built for outdoor life. It’s treated with a water-based preservative to help the timber last season after season, while remaining safe for growing edible crops. The included pre-formed, biodegradable liner encourages healthy root aeration and ensures proper drainage, so your plants don’t sit in soggy compost.
With a generous soil capacity of 420 litres, the Classic VegTrug gives roots plenty of room to develop, supporting stronger, healthier growth. We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
