We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.

Instructions for Use:
1. Warm - Warm the muzzle basket in hot tap water for 2 minutes
2. Shape - Shape the muzzle basket to suit your dog
3. Cool - Place in cold water to lock in shape
4. Fit - Check for fit. Repeat shaping as required
Dimensions/Sizing Guide:
Length Measurement - Measure the distance from the tip of the nose to the base of the nose just below the eyes. The tip of the nose should not touch the muzzle.
1 = 5cm / 2"
2 = 6cm / 2.25"
3 = 7cm / 2.75"
4 = 8cm / 3"
5 = 9.5cm / 3.75"
6 = 10cm / 4"
Circumference Measurement - Measure the circumference of the widest part of the nose, usually just below the eyes.
1 = 22cm / 8.5"
2 = 26cm / 10.25"
3 = 28cm / 11"
4 = 32cm / 12.5"
5 = 36cm / 14.25"
6 = 42cm / 16.5"
Please Note: The length measurement is the most important when fitting a muzzle. If your dog is in between sizes we recommend to size up.
