We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.

Care Instructions:
We would always recommend using the Bramblecrest Zurich 2 Seater Reclining Set Protective Garden Furniture Cover to protect your furniture set from the elements.
In order to prevent mould, mildew or animal damage, cushions should not be stored under a cover or in a cushion storage box for long periods of time, and should be kept well-ventilated with a weekly visual check.
During prolonged periods of non-use, and in the winter months it is advised that all cushions are stored indoors in a warm, dry environment.
Clean using a non-abrasive sponge and lukewarm mild-detergent soapy water.
Hand wash cushion covers at 30 degrees.
To help avoid permanent stains spillages should be wiped up as soon as possible.
Coasters and placemats should be used with tables featuring tree-free tops. In certain conditions sunlight can be magnified via drinks glasses resulting in concentrated burn marks.
