    Delivery

    We are pleased to offer free standard delivery when you spend over £75. If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.

    Some larger or heavier items may still have a delivery charge even if you spend over £75 - don’t worry, we’ll let you know at checkout before you pay.

    Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:

    -On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will call you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.

    -With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will give you a call with all of the details when you order.

    Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.

    Returns

    We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 14 days from the day you bought it to return it.

    Please make sure the item is:

    -Unused and in its original packaging.

    -Includes any tags and labels.

    -Sent back with proof of purchase (your invoice or just a note with your order details on it).

    We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, but we’ll make the process as easy as possible. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the simple steps. You can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.

    Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll pop your refund through within 14 days, back to your original payment method.

    Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce:

    Water, Muscovado sugar, Concentrated tomato purée, Honey, Onions, Cornflour, Salt, Rapeseed oil, Acidity regulator: Acetic acid, Garlic (contains Vinegar), Dried oregano, Hickory smoke flavouring.

    Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce:

    Sugar, Water, Chilli purée (14%) (Chillies, Water, Salt, Acidity regulator: Acetic acid), Salt, Concentrated lime juice, Garlic, Stabiliser: Xanthan gum, Spirit vinegar, Paprika extract, Preservative: Potassium sorbate, Acidity regulator: Citric acid.

    Hoisin Sauce:

    Water, Demerara sugar, Yellow bean sauce (17%) (SOYA beans (Contains Water, Salt, WHEAT flour (contains Calcium carbonate, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin)), Sugar, Salt), Muscovado sugar, White wine vinegar, Soy sauce (7%) (Water, Salt, SOYA beans, WHEAT), Garlic purée, Cornflour, Spices.
