To preserve its appearance, we recommend following the care instructions provided by Kettler and using their Hardwood Colour Protector. If left untreated for an extended period, the wood may begin to flake. However, applying the recommended product will restore its natural look. Covering the set is not recommended, as it can accelerate the flaking process.
Please Note: Cushions should be stored inside when not in use.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery when you spend over £75. If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Some larger or heavier items may still have a delivery charge even if you spend over £75 - don’t worry, we’ll let you know at checkout before you pay.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
-On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will call you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
-With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will give you a call with all of the details when you order.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 14 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is:
-Unused and in its original packaging.
-Includes any tags and labels.
-Sent back with proof of purchase (your invoice or just a note with your order details on it).
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, but we’ll make the process as easy as possible. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the simple steps. You can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll pop your refund through within 14 days, back to your original payment method.

We reccomend not covering the table as it has been treated and coated for durability. To preserve its appearance, we recommend following the care instructions provided by Kettler and using their Hardwood Colour Protector. However, applying the recommended product will restore its natural look.Please note that covering the table is not recommended, as it can accelerate the flaking process.This product is a natural wood and needs to be maintained properly to keep the original condition and colour. The furniture should be treated regularly with a good quality Hardwood Sealer Oil to protect against weathering.Whilst covers protect from dirt, depending on the weather type wood an swell or dry, resulting in small cracks. This risk can be prevented by treating the furniture at regular intervals and allowing it to air.Clean regularly with a dry soft cloth and never use abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents.Tree sap and bird droppings should be cleaned immediately with warm soapy water.Cushions are not waterproof and should be stored indoors when not in use and sponge cleaned only.Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining.Use pads, mats and coasters under plates glasses and cups to protect the table from spills, stains and heat damage.Warranty Information:
