1. The prize draw (Get fitted to WIN a Champion Riding Hat) is open to residents in the UK who give their name and email address. The entrant must get fitted with a Chamption Riding Hat by one of our hat fitting specialists and then fill out an entry form, including the hat name and size they got fitted with, plus their name and email address.

2. Employees or agencies of Charlies Stores Ltd or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the entrant must get fitted with a Chamption Riding Hat by one of our hat fitting specialists and then fill out an entry form, including the hat name and size they got fitted with, plus their name and email address. A winner will be randomly selected by a computer-generated process. Only entrants that have entered betweenn 10/09/2018 to 08/10/2018 are eligible. 5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer generated process. The draw will take place on 20^th October 2018.

9. The winner will receive one Champion Riding Hat - This will be the hat name and size that they wrote down on the entry slip.

10. Charlies Stores Ltd accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from our stores).

11. Winner will be notified by Email on the 20th October 2018. The winner will have to let us know which store they would like to collect their prize from. If a winner does not respond to Charlies Stores Ltd within 14 days of being notified by Charlies Stores Ltd, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Charlies Stores Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Charlies Stores Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.

12. The winner will need their unique reference code on prize collection to use as proof of winner identification, this will be sent once the winner responds within 14 days of being notified.

14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

15. Charlies Stores Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

16. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winners shall participate in such activity on Charlies Stores Ltd reasonable request. Winners consent to the use by Charlies Stores Ltd, after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Charlies Stores) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.

In-Store Prize Draw – ‘Win A Weatherbeeta Scrim Cooler’
Terms & Conditions.

1. The prize draw (Win A Weatherbeeta Scrim Cooler) is open to people aged 18 and over who are resident in the UK and give their name, both postal and email address, date of entry and receipt code once a winner has been randomly selected.

2. Employees or agencies of Charlies Stores Ltd or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the Prize Draw entrants must first purchase a Weatherbeeta branded horse rug in participating Charlies Stores. Then the entrant must fill in the prize draw entry form with their name, email address and date of entry. The entrant MUST keep their receipt as proof of purchase to be eligible.

Once a winner has been randomly selected by a computer-generated process, the applicant will be asked to provide their receipt code as proof of purchase. Only entrants that have entered on the day of the store event are eligible. In-Store Charlies "Spin the wheel, Win a prize”

1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions
“Draw ‘N’ Win" means the prize draw conducted by Charlies Stores Ltd
“Charlies” means Charlies Stores Ltd/Coed Y Dinas Country Store
“Promotion” means both the “Spin N’ Win” and the “Draw ‘N’ Win”.
“Promotion Counter” means the counter set up to carry out the activities in relation to the
“Spin ‘N’ Win” and the "Draw ‘N’ Win” as described under these Terms and Conditions.
"Qualifying Period" means the period from 8am 4 June 2016 to 3pm 4 June 2016.
“Redemption Period” means the period from 4 June 2016 to 30 July 2016.
“Spin ‘N’ Win” means the spin the wheel game conducted by the Charlies in the manner
specified in clause 2.5 herein.
"Winner(s)" means the winner(s) of the ““Spin ‘N’ Win” and/or “Draw ‘N’ Win” determined
in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility and “Spin ‘N’ Win”
2.1 To qualify for the “Spin ‘N’ Win”, participants must complete a prize draw entry slip in
the manner specified in clauses 2.2 and 2.3 herein (“Prize Draw Entry”) and
present the prize draw entry slip at the Promotion Counter during the Qualifying
Period.
2.2 A prize draw entry slip will be given to members of the public who wish to participate in “Spin ‘N’ Win”. Participants under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult.
In order to obtain a Charlies prize draw entry slip, participants must visit the WPCA show at Coed Y Dinas or Coed Y Dinas Country Store on 4th June 2016
2.3 Each Charlies prize draw entry slip completed in full, will entitle the participant to one chance to play the “Spin N” Win” by spinning the Charlies wheel situated next to the Promotion Counter (“Wheel”).
2.4 Whether a prize is won and the actual prize won (if any) from each spin of the
Wheel is determined as follows:
(i) The Wheel is segmented into zones containing different or no prizes;
(ii) Whether a prize is won and the actual prize won (if any) from each spin is
determined by the zone in which the marker stops after the same spin and
the zone in which the marker stops shall be ascertained in the sole and
absolute discretion of Charlies;
(iii) In the event the marker stops within a zone where the zone is crossed out or
no longer available for whatsoever reason, such prize shall not be available
to the participant and the participant shall be entitled to spin the Wheel again
and claim the next available prize.
2.5 Any prize draw entry slip not presented within the Qualifying Period shall be
forfeited without any liability on the part of Charlies to the participant. Any
participant whose chance to participate in the “Spin ‘N’ Win” has been forfeited shall
not be entitled to any payment or compensation in lieu from Charlies.
2.6 Any prize draw entry slip that is mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged,
water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contains any printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for the “Spin ‘N’ Win”.
2.7 Charlies has the absolute discretion at all times to refuse to allow any participation
in the “Spin ‘N’ Win” should Charlies decide and suspect that the authenticity of the
prize draw entry slip has been compromised.
2.8 Prize(s) shall be redeemed from the Promotion Counter or Coed Y Dinas Country Store during the Qualifying Period, failing which the prize(s) shall be forfeited. Any vouchers or award letters so redeemed shall be utilised within the Redemption Period.
2.9 The Winner(s) is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Charlies
should the prize(s) be forfeited for any reason.
2.10 Prize(s) may change from time to time or is subject to the availability of stock and
Charlies may also in its sole and absolute discretion replace or substitute the
prize(s) for another of equivalent or similar value at any time without notice and
liability to the Winner(s).

3.3 By completing the Leads Generation Form, participants also agree to allow
Charlies to rely on the information in the Leads Generation Form to contact them
for any future promotions.
3.4 Participants can opt out from receiving information about future promotions and this will not compromise their entry.
3.4 Winners will be randomly picked at the “Draw ‘N’ Win”.
3.5 The prize must be claimed by the Winner and shall be subject to such terms and
conditions which Charlies may in its sole and absolute discretion impose.
3.6 The prize will be forfeited if unclaimed within 30 days from the date of notification
by Charlies and shall be donated to a charitable organisation to be chosen by
Charlies. Any Winner whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any
compensation notwithstanding non-receipt by him/her of any notification.
3.7 The “Draw ‘N’ Win” will be held at Coed Y Dinas Country Store, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 8RP.
3.8 Winners will be selected via a manual lucky draw.
3.9 Results will be made available on Charlies Equestrian Facebook page and via such other means as Charlies deem appropriate within 14 days of the date of the “Draw ‘N’ Win”. The Winner will be notified by Charlies by email, telephone or such other means as Charlies deem appropriate.
3.9 Charlies reserves the right to draw one or more reserve Winner to replace the
Winner subsequently found to be disqualified. Charlies has the absolute discretion
to exclude any participant from participating in the “Draw ‘N’ Win”.

4. Prize for the Promotion
4.1 The Winner(s) are not entitled to any payment or compensation from Charlies
should their prizes be forfeited for whatsoever reason as Charlies may determine
4.2 The Winner(s) shall accept the prize(s) in its "as is" state. Charlies makes no
representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or
any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the prize and assumes no
liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchant or for any non-delivery,

an agent of the merchant. Any dispute as to the quality or performance of the prize

2. Employees or agencies of Charlies Stores Ltd or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Entrants into the Colouring Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails and communications from Charlies Stores Ltd containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.

5. To enter the Colouring Competition, you must fill in your name, fill in the name of the parent or guardian and have a valid email address. Only ‘National Nest Box Week’ colouring pictures entered between the 14/2/2018 and 21/2/2018 in the following locations are eligible; Charlies Stores Coed-y-Dinas (Coed y Dinas, Welshpool, SY21 8RP). If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at [email protected] with " Nest box colouring competition” in the subject.

6. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

7. Charlies Stores Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Charlies Stores Ltd.

8. The Colouring Competition opens at 08.30 on the 14^th February 2018 and the closing date of the Prize Draw is 17:30 on 21^st February 2018. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

9. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a member of Charlies Stores Ltd. Staff and unrelated to entrants. The winner will be decided through a random draw. The draw will take place before the 2^nd March 2018.

10. The winner will receive one Gardman Beach Hut Nest Box and one Galt Fab Foil Art kit which contains 25 foil sheets in 8 assorted colours and 8 assorted pictures.

11. Charlies Stores Ltd accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from our stores).

12. Winner will be notified by email on or before 2^nd March 2018 and must either pick up their prize from our Coedy-y-Dinas, Welshpool Store or provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Charlies Stores Ltd within 14 days of being notified by Charlies Stores Ltd, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Charlies Stores Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Charlies Stores Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.

13. The name and county of the winner can be obtained after 16th March 2018 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Charlies Stores Ltd, Unit 9 Dyffryn Enterprise Park, Newtown, SY16 3BD.

14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
15. Charlies Stores Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

16. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winners shall participate in such activity on Charlies Stores Ltd reasonable request. Winners consent to the use by Charlies Stores Ltd, after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Charlies Stores) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.

17. Charlies Stores Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at http://www.charliesdirect.co.uk/privacy-policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 14 above.

18. Charlies Stores Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Charlies Stores Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Charlies Store Ltd for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

19. Charlies Stores Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Charlies Stores Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Charlies Stores Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

21. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
