Expertly crafted with waterproof, windproof and breathable Isotex 10,000 recycled peached polyester fabric; this high-performance fabric is designed to keep water out. The addition of a durable water-repellent finish allows rain to bead from the surface to aid in keeping you dry, whilst the inner taped seams prevent water from seeping inside. The mesh lining and a breathability rating of 10,000g/m2/24 hours ensures that your child stays comfortable and dry, even during intense activities or adverse weather conditions. With the ability to keep the rain at bay with a grown-on technical hood, the jacket also features adjustable cuffs and an adjustable shock cord hem for ages 7+ to ensure a comfortable fit as your little one grows. The addition of two lower zipped pockets and one zipped chest pocket ensures that little hands can be kept warm, and their essentials can be easily carried whilst having space to store any treasures they have found whilst exploring. Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery when you spend over £75. If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Some larger or heavier items may still have a delivery charge even if you spend over £75 - don’t worry, we’ll let you know at checkout before you pay.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
-On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will call you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
-With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will give you a call with all of the details when you order.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 14 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is:
-Unused and in its original packaging.
-Includes any tags and labels.
-Sent back with proof of purchase (your invoice or just a note with your order details on it).
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, but we’ll make the process as easy as possible. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the simple steps. You can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll pop your refund through within 14 days, back to your original payment method.
