Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery when you spend over £75. If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Some larger or heavier items may still have a delivery charge even if you spend over £75 - don’t worry, we’ll let you know at checkout before you pay.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
-On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will call you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
-With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will give you a call with all of the details when you order.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 14 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is:
-Unused and in its original packaging.
-Includes any tags and labels.
-Sent back with proof of purchase (your invoice or just a note with your order details on it).
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, but we’ll make the process as easy as possible. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the simple steps. You can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll pop your refund through within 14 days, back to your original payment method.

When to Use:
Use on leafy weeds April - September, when they are small, are actively growing and the soil is moist.
Allow an interval of at least 6 weeks between treatments.
Maximum 2 applications per year.
Instructions for Use:
1. Cut the plastic tie connecting the sprayer to the bottle with scissors. Remove sprayer and pull out the red connector.
2. Insert the red connector into the top of the cap and click in place. Press and twist the cap anticlockwise to 'ON' position.
3. Turn the sprayer nozzle to 'NARROW' or 'WIDE' and squeeze the trigger a few times to build pressure. Hold the sprayer approx. 20cm away from target weed and spray weeds evenly to lightly wet leaves, avoiding run-off. For the majority of weeds a single spray is sufficient.
4. After use, press and twist the top of the cap clockwise to the 'OFF' position.
Squeeze the sprayer trigger to empty nozzle. Turn nozzle to 'X' (OFF) and replace sprayer in the holder without disconnecting the red connector.

Use only in well ventilated areas.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wash hands after use.
