We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.

Fluffing Time: For the best result, we recommend fluffing your tree for approximately 30 minutes (up to 6ft: 30 minutes, 7ft: 45 minutes, 8ft: 1 hour)

Warranty: For your Everlands tree, you have the opportunity to register to receive a further 10 years guarantee. The guarantee will be processed provided the registration form has been filled out within two months of the purchasing date and the guarantee conditions are met.
This guarantee is a supplemental 10-year warranty (if the registration is correct). The first two years are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee. There is no need to register your tree for the manufacturer’s guarantee; if you need to claim on the guarantee within the first two years, please get in touch with Charlies.
After the two years manufacturer’s guarantee you can file a complaint directly with Everlands themselves by simply completing the contact form.
