Hartman’s Return. Recycle. initiative is all about sustainability and extending the life of your garden furniture. By registering your set on the Hartman website, you’ll qualify for an extended 5-year warranty and access to the Return. Recycle. scheme.
After 5-10 years of enjoyment, you can apply for a Return. Recycle. voucher, which is valued based on your original purchase price. This can be redeemed at an approved Hartman stockist when buying your next set. Hartman will then collect and responsibly recycle your old furniture, ensuring a sustainable product lifecycle.

What is the Cloud Cushion Technology?
CloudCushion® Technology is designed to deliver exceptional comfort while remaining durable and practical for outdoor use. The cushions are extraordinarily comfortable, similar to the feel of the 2025 Aries range, and are made with Weatherready® permeable fabric so they can handle summer showers and dry quickly.
Inside, the cushions are filled with 100% post-consumer recycled fibre and feature bounce-back technology, helping them maintain their shape and comfort over time. A textilene base on the seating helps absorb impact and extends the life of the cushion.
CloudCushions® can be left outside during the summer season, though we recommend storing them indoors during autumn and winter. They are also backed by a 3-year warranty for added peace of mind.
What does Weatherready mean?
Weatherready® is Hartman’s specially designed outdoor cushion technology. The cushions are made with permeable fabric and filling, allowing rainwater to pass through rather than sit on the surface.
This means the cushions can be left outside during rain, as the water drains through the material. After heavier rainfall, they may need some time to dry out fully before being used again.
Why has me teak furniture turned silver/grey?

What does solution-dyed polyester mean?
Liquid polyester solution is mixed with dye, then formed into a fibre, and then spun into yarn. This process allows the final rope to be vibrant and retain its colour and strength for longer.
Can I cover my teak bench?
We would not recommend covering a teak bench. Teak is a naturally durable hardwood that performs best when it is exposed to the air and natural elements.
Using a cover can sometimes trap moisture against the wood, which may lead to mould or discolouration over time. Allowing the bench to breathe naturally will help maintain the quality and longevity of the teak.
How much warranty do I have on my Hartman Garden Furniture Set?
All of Hartman's aluminium frames are backed by a limited 3 warranty, which can be extended to five years when registered with them (Within 28 days of purchase). CloudCushions are coved for three years, whilst Weatherready cushion covers have two years. Finally, parasols, pergolas and other components (such as cushion fillings & furniture covers) are covered for up to 1 year, allowing you to rest easy and enjoy your outdoor space.
