    Maintain Your Jacket's Protection and Appearance

    An essential to keep your Barbour Wax Jacket weatherproof and looking perfect from year to year. This convenient tin of Thornproof Wax dressing is specially developed to protect and restore Barbour's 6oz Sylkoil waxed cotton. It's recommended that your jacket be re-waxed once a year to ensure that it keeps its quality condition.

    Once your Jacket has been cleaned with cold water and a sponge this convenient tin can be placed in hot water allowing the wax to melt into a workable substance. The wax can then be worked into the jacket with an old sponge and air-dried within a warm room. For a smoother finish, Barbour also recommends using a hairdryer at a distance to even out your coating.

    A straightforward way to keep your jacket looking as good as new, you should only require one tin per jacket however two is recommended for a garment that is in a tired condition.

    We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.

    If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.

    Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:

    On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.

    With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.

    Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.

    Returns

    We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.

    Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.

    We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.

    Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
