We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.

- Mains voltage with 10m cable.

- Capable of running gravity filtration systems such as the Hozelock Ecopower/Ecomax range or pressurised pond filter systems such as the Bioforce 3000/4500/5500.
- Has a dual flow control to allow the waterfall and fountain flows to be independently adjusted and come with a telescopic extension pipe, giving an overall pump height of between 30 and 50cm on top of which can be placed your fountain jet.
- Uses TRF (Thermal Resettable Fuse) to prevent motor damage.
- Thick ceramic shaft and bearings for extra reliability.
- Anti-clog foam free inlet cage.
- Flow control to adjust size of fountain and waterfall independently.
- Quick connect hose coupling included.
- Max Flow: 4000 litres / 877 gallons.
- Flow at 0.5m: 3400 litres / 746 gallons.
- Flow at 1.0m: 2800 litres / 614 gallons.
- Flow at 1.5m: 1700 litres / 374 gallons.
- Flow at 2.0m: 500 litres / 110 gallons.
