For ease of use, the polymer grass catcher box is simple to open and empty thanks to a fold-open mechanism. The central cutting height adjustment can be adjusted to the desired lawn height in six settings. Thanks to the ReadyStart technology, the engine of the STIHL petrol lawn mower can be reliably started up with minimal effort both during cold and warm starting. The super soft grip is comfortable to hold, especially when used over longer periods and the carry handles make transport simple and loading easy. The carrying handles are also suitable as lashing points for securing the lawn mower with a strap during transport. The QuickFix clamping devices can be used to effortlessly fasten or release the handlebar of the STIHL lawn mower. This enables the lawn mower to be folded away compactly or made ready for action without using tools.

The extremely lightweight polymer housing combines high resistance and robustness against forces, heat and UV radiation. The handlebar can be set to several positions to suit your body height. This individual height adjustment ensures greater comfort without affecting the stability or manoeuvrability of the STIHL lawn mower. The central cutting height adjustment is spring-loaded, which makes it easy to set the desired cutting height in several settings. The current height is indicated by a scale.
