Back in June 2025, we took over the former Homebase site, making this our ninth store in the UK and our very first in this vibrant spa town.
Cheltenham feels like the perfect place for Charlies. Known for its stunning regency buildings, lively festivals, and beautiful green spaces, it’s a town that blends style with a love of the outdoors. Our store fits right in, bringing you all the practical homeware, garden must-haves, and outdoor gear you’d expect from Charlies — along with the warm, helpful service that makes shopping with us such a pleasure.

Do you allow dogs in store?
Only assistance dogs are permitted in store.
Whilst we and many other people love dogs, it is important for us to consider the safety and comfort of all our customers. We also always ensure our policies are in line with health & safety guidelines, which unfortunately means that the store is not of a suitable layout to safely monitor both the number of dogs in store, and provide fair access for all customers.
