Back in June 2025, we took over the former Homebase site, marking our eighth UK store and our first in the vibrant spa town of Cheltenham. Known for its stunning Regency architecture, lively festivals, and beautiful green spaces, Cheltenham is the perfect fit for Charlies. Our store complements the town perfectly, offering practical homeware, garden essentials, and outdoor gear — all backed by our warm, helpful service.

Only assistance dogs are permitted in store.
Whilst we and many other people love dogs, it is important for us to consider the safety and comfort of all our customers. We also always ensure our policies are in line with health & safety guidelines, which unfortunately means that the store is not of a suitable layout to safely monitor both the number of dogs in store, and provide fair access for all customers.
