Wildlife World Interactive Solitary Timber Bee Hive

Attract solitary bees to your garden with the Solitary Bee Hive and watch as they pollinate your flowers, fruits and vegetables. Constructed from durable, FSC certified timber, this bee hive will stand the test of time and provide a safe place for friendly bees to live.

Bees are naturally attracted to holes in wood, and this bee hive has been precisely specified with hole sizes to attract non-swarming, friendly bees like the Red Mason Bee, Leafcutter Bee and other solitary bees that are industrious and safe around children and pets. This bee hive provides the bees with a habitat that is much harder to find in more modern gardens. When bee activity has ceased in Autumn/Winter, the hive can even be carefully separated into trays to allow you to view the formation of small cells where eggs have been laid or where predators have been active - great for education.
