We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.

- Per 100g liquid: 0.25g Benzalkonium Chloride, < 5% Non-ionic surfactants, Benzisothiazolinone, Octylisothiazolinone, Isotridecanol Ethoxylate and concentrated perfume compound

- Suitable for various floor surfaces
- How to Use:
- For effective cleaning, remove any mess from the area, and wipe directly onto the floor, or attach to a compatible mope to ensure full coverage. Allow surfaces to remain wet for 5 minutes to kill 99.9% of enveloped viruses and bacteria and leave the area hygienically clean. After use reseal and store pack face up.
- Safety Information:
- Use Zoflora safely, always read the product information before use.
- Do not allow pets to walk on or access treated areas until they are fully dry.
- Do not use on carpet, upholstery, fabric, wood, aluminium, painted or porous surfaces, marble, natural stone or enamel.
- Do not mix Zoflora with other cleaning products.
- Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
- Make sure to exclude pets from treated areas until surfaces are completely dry.
- Always check the manufacturer's guidelines before using Zoflora on surfaces for the first time. Patch test on an inconspicuous area first if unsure.
- Dispose of contents/container according to local regulations
- Keep out of reach of children
- If in eyes; Rinse continuously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do-continue rinsing. Get medical advice/attention. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Protect from sunlight.
- Do not flush. Don’t recycle. Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes should be disposed of with your household waste, so that they reach a landfill site where they will biodegrade.
- Zoflora Antibacterial Floor Wipes biodegrade in a landfill environment according to ASTM D5511 (2018).
