Operating Instructions:
The operating instructions will depend on the amount of batteries that the item you're adapting requires, as follows:If the item you're adapting requires 2 x batteries (either AA or AAA):
Insert the black battery that comes pre-attached with the appropriate transfomer (either AA or AAA) into one of the slots in your device, then use one ofthe other spare corresponding (AA or AAA) black batteries for the other slot.If the item you're adapting requires 3 x batteries (either AA or AAA):
Insert the black battery that comes pre-attached withthe appropriate transformer (either AA or AAA) into one of the slots in your device, then use two of the spare corresponding (AA or AAA) yellow batteries for the remaining two slots.Once that's all done, simply screw the transformer into the included UK plug and insert the plug into a socket in your home to access your home's mains supply.
Caution:
Ensure to always use the appropriate battery colour and voltage combinations as indicated above. We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
