We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.

Care Instructions:
1. Clean Regularly – Wipe down the appliance after each use and deep clean at least once a year. Avoid cleaning cooking surfaces while hot and ensure no loose bristles remain if using a bristle brush.
2. Avoid Harsh Chemicals – Use mild detergent or specially formulated cleaners. Avoid caustic oven cleaners on painted surfaces and strong degreasers on plastic parts to prevent damage.
3. Surface-Specific Care – Use baking soda for porcelain, nonabrasive cleaners for painted surfaces, and mild detergent for stainless steel. Scrub stainless steel in the direction of the brushed finish.
4. Proper Rinsing & Drying – Always rinse cleaned surfaces thoroughly and allow them to fully air dry or wipe them with a soft cloth to maintain appearance and longevity.
5. Check for Residue & Build-Up – Remove grease and smoke residue inside the lid and bottom using a strong detergent solution. Ensure no paint is mistaken for grease build-up, and never paint the interior.
