Charlies is an independent, family-run home, garden and outdoors retailer. So far in 2026, we have won one national award and been shortlisted for several more across Ecommerce, Product, Categories and Retail.
We trade from eight stores across the UK and also through our ecommerce website, charlies.co.uk, supported by a Welshpool head office and a 108,000 sq ft custom-built warehouse. Our team of more than 450 colleagues is built on broad choice, quality brands, fair everyday prices and excellent customer service. We keep prices fair all year round, so there is no inflated "was" price and no need for discount codes. We keep working on every part of the customer experience, from browsing in-store and online, to fulfilment and after-sales support.
