Designed with premium ThermaCore foam insulated walls, the Toronto is up to 60% more energy-efficient than similar hot tubs. The foam construction is sturdy, damage-resistant and built to hold its shape, creating a more solid and luxurious spa experience. The exterior is finished with a durable Tritech 3-layer wall cover, offering excellent puncture resistance and long-lasting performance.
When it’s time to relax, the AirJet massage system surrounds you with soothing bubbles to help ease everyday tension. With room for family and friends, plus 5 padded adjustable pillows, it’s ideal for long evenings outdoors or laid-back weekend soaking.
The included space-saving UltraFit pump keeps everything simple. It inflates the spa, controls the heat setting up to 40°C, and runs the filtration system all from one compact unit. You can also manage the temperature, timer, filter and massage system from your phone using the Bestway Connect app, so your spa is ready when you are.
Built for year-round enjoyment, Freeze Shield helps protect the pump and liner in cold weather, while the Power-Saving Timer lets you programme the water temperature up to 40 days in advance. It’s an easy way to enjoy a warm, inviting spa experience while keeping energy use under control.

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
