We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.

- Perfect for lawns of up to 6000m², the Stihl RT 5097 provides a high degree of driving comfort and precise cutting ability. Featuring well-thought-out technology for effortless working the mower features a spring-loaded seat for easy adjustment to suit the riders body height without the need of using tools. The single pedal drive allows you to manoeuvre the mower precisely, giving you full control which comes in very useful around flower beds and shrubs. Changing the lawn tractor from forward to reverse is super easy thanks to the practical curve shaped handle. Complete with a 250-litre grass catcher box that can be emptied effortlessly from the drivers seat and is also super easy to clean!

Turf Tyres: Thanks to a rounded design and large size, the turf tyres of the STIHL ride-on mower help to protect the lawn by reducing the formation of driving tracks
Trailer Hitch: The integral trailer hitch enables easy mounting of attachments
Central Cutting Height Adjustment: Located directly next to the driver's seat, the ergonomic lever allows the driver to make individual adjustment of the deck cutting height in up to eight steps
Robust Frame: The robust frame construction gives the mower a high level of stability and driving comfort.
Spring-loaded Adjustable Seat: Seat position can be adjusted without the use of tools providing a high degree of driving comfort at all times
Low step: The low step provides ample legroom and allows comfortable access to the seat
Grass catcher box with bow handle: The catcher box can be emptied effortlessly from the drivers seat by using the curved shaped handle.
Single pedal drive: The direction of travel can be conveniently switched between forward and reverse gear using a hand lever for quick manoeuvring. The pressure sensitive pedal allows for precise control of the speed between top speed and standstill.
