For quick and convenient inflation tasks, the Makita DMP180 LXT Air Pump delivers reliable cordless performance for DIY, garage, and jobsite use. Compact and easy to operate, this Makita air pump is ideal for inflating tyres, sports equipment, and inflatables without needing mains power.
Powered by Makita’s 18V LXT battery platform, this portable cordless inflator provides the flexibility to inflate items wherever you need it. With a maximum pressure of 8.3 bar and a flow rate of up to 12 litres per minute, it delivers efficient inflation for bicycle tyres, car tyres, air mattresses, and other everyday items.
The pump features a digital pressure gauge with backlight, allowing you to clearly monitor pressure levels even in low-light conditions. Simply set your desired pressure and the auto-stop function will automatically stop inflation once the target pressure is reached. This helps prevent overinflation and ensures accurate results every time.
A 65cm flexible hose provides comfortable reach when inflating tyres or equipment, making the tool easier to position during use. The pump also includes swim ring and French valve adapters, making it suitable for a wider range of inflatables and valve types.
For improved visibility when working in darker areas such as garages or roadside situations, the tool includes a built-in LED light, helping illuminate the valve and working area.
Durability and safety are also built into the design. A thermostat helps protect the machine from overheating, while Makita’s battery protection circuit safeguards the battery by preventing overloading, overheating, and over-discharging. This helps extend the lifespan of both the tool and battery.

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
