Perfect for little ones to explore, this TP Hill Top Wooden Tower Playhouse provides endless imaginative possibilities. Made entirely from FSC certified wood from managed forests, it features an elevated playhouse that provides the perfect vantage point for young children thanks to the veranda area. Use the fun side entry ladder, made from 2 rung all wood to crawl up to the pressure treated sturdy wooden platform for a unique meeting place for playmates. Inside, behind the Perspex door and windows, is the perfect area to get some shade on particularly hot days, whilst the covered area below the balcony provides the perfect area for a sandpit. Easy to assemble, the TP Sunnyside Wooden Tower Playhouse has been frame pressure treated and made from prefabricated wood panels whilst the house is clear dipped for an excellent finish.

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend over £75. For next day delivery, order before 6pm and select next working day delivery at the checkout.
If your order is under £75, a small delivery charge of £3.99, £5.99 or £9.95 will apply depending on the size and weight of the order.
Big and bulky items may be delivered in a couple of different ways:
On a pallet (kerbside only) - our courier will contact you to organise a day you'll be home for delivery.
With a 2-person delivery service - our friendly team will contact you to book in a delivery day of your choice.
Some items come straight from our suppliers and may take a little longer to arrive. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure it’s clearly shown on the product page.
Returns
We really hope you love what you ordered, but if you change your mind, you’ve got 28 days from the day you bought it to return it.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging with any tags and labels attached. Please pop a note inside with your name and order details on it so we can locate your order.
We don’t offer free returns as we try to keep our prices as low as possible for everyone, depending on the size of the return we will deduct the cost from your refund. The returns process is really easy, you can post it back yourself or we can help you arrange a collection.
Once your return reaches our warehouse we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
